How to begin your Sounds Journey
- Select the Sound Journey button
from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select one of the available Sound Journeys.
- After the first portion of the journey, you will be presented with two buttons, offering different paths for your journey.
- Make your choice and experience the next node of your journey. Each choice will change the background sound and visual imagery.
- The journey is made up of various nodes, each node representing a different scene with unique soundscapes.
- Your choices determine the path of your journey, allowing for a unique experience each time.
- You can revisit the journey as many times as you like, creating new paths and experiences.
- The sounds used in the journey are designed to alleviate anxiety, improve concentration, and assist in sleep.

Can I repeat the same journey? Yes, you can revisit your journey as many times as you like. Each visit might offer a different experience based on your choices.

How can I favorite a sound from the journey locations?
Tap the Favorites heart while a sound is playing during the journey. The sound will be located in Favorites - which can be accessed at the bottom of the screen in the navigation bar.
