Sleep Sounds: Premium Features Restoration Guide
If you find that your premium features are missing, the following steps will assist you in restoring them to your device. This process is designed for users who are logged into the same Apple ID that was used to make the original purchase.
Restoring Your Purchases
Step 1: Verify Your Google Play Account
Check if you are logged into multiple Google Play accounts on your device.
If so, log out of any accounts that did not make the subscription or in-app purchase.
Reinstall the Sleep Sounds app using the account that made the original purchase.
Step 2: Still Not Working? Contact Us with Your Purchase Details
If your premium features are still unavailable, please reach out to us directly from within the app by going to Settings → Contact Us.
When contacting us, please include:
A screenshot of your purchase receipt
A description of the features you can’t access
You can view and download your receipt from pay.google.com.
Make Sure Your Receipt Shows:
GPA #: (Google Play Order Number)
Order Date
Item Detail (e.g., Sleep Sounds Premium Subscription)
